These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williamson keeping at a good range here, avoiding a leg kick.
McDonald keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Williamson throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

McDonald misses with a few strikes there.

McDonald turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
McDonald ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

and McDonald counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Williamson thinking.

Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Williamson tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. McDonald manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
McDonald lands with a shot to the body.
McDonald ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
McDonald feints and then cracks Williamson's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Williamson down.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by McDonald.
McDonald throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Williamson.
