Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Steve Krorn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Xwoskentis Qntunslou (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Xwoskentis Qntunslou will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Steve Krorn! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Xwoskentis Qntunslou! The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Emerson Jorge and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Qntunslou shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Krorn counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Krorn is stalling here.
Krorn manages to break the clinch.
Krorn clinches up with Qntunslou and pushes him back against the cage. Krorn pulls guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Krorn working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Qntunslou doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Qntunslou manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Krorn will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Krorn holds on and takes a little breather.
That's one minute gone in the round. Qntunslou works a leg free and moves into half guard. Qntunslou is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Krorn doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Qntunslou. Krorn preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. Qntunslou passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Krorn!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Qntunslou looking for a guillotine from mount but Krorn is having none of it. Krorn really trying hard to get back to half guard here.
Qntunslou goes for an armbar but Krorn turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Krorn. Krorn wants to pass the guard but Qntunslou is keeping the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Krorn preventing the sweep. Krorn has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Krorn gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Krorn shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Krorn showed some decent athleticism there. Krorn prevents Qntunslou from improving his position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Krorn perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Krorn's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Steve Krorn has forced the referee to step in and bring the fight back to the feet. Krorn closes the distance and clinches. Krorn lands with a light punch inside. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Steve Krorn dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Krorn shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Qntunslou's guard. Qntunslou working for submissions but it's allowed Krorn to get to half guard.
Krorn looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Krorn trying to pass the guard but Qntunslou defending well. Qntunslou looking for submissions off his back. Krorn has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
That's one minute gone in the round. Qntunslou takes a big shot to the head but keeps on trying to improve his position. Qntunslou is looking to improve his position but Krorn isn't that keen on the idea. Krorn controlling the position easily from mount. Krorn prevents Qntunslou from getting the reversal. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Qntunslou is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Qntunslou has given up his back - I don’t know if this is a deliberate ploy to try and escape or if he is just struggling down there.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Krorn is working the back position looking for the choke. Oh, he's slid into an armbar! Beautiful transition and Qntunslou taps out! Fantastic Jiu Jitsu from Krorn.
