Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Don Cramer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Miklos Finklebaum (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Don Cramer has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Don Cramer!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Miklos Finklebaum!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, William Peck and Gregory Folan.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Finklebaum with a lazy takedown attempt
and Cramer counters with a two punch combo.
A nice combination there by Cramer.


It looks like Miklos Finklebaum has been cut.

and Cramer counters by moving into the clinch.
Finklebaum blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Some stalling of biblical proportions here from Cramer.
Cramer digs a right hand into Finklebaum's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Finklebaum's gas tank.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Cramer misses with a knee strike.
Finklebaum has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Cramer after a bit of a struggle.
Don Cramer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Miklos Finklebaum.

Cramer breaks the clinch.

Cramer rushes Finklebaum and presses him up against the cage.

Cramer breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Cramer throws a nice looking combination but Finklebaum bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
A combination from Cramer does no damage.
Finklebaum doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Cramer counters with a three punch combo that has Finklebaum backing up. Finklebaum nods at Cramer to acknowledge the strikes.

and Cramer counters with a crisp one two that drops Finklebaum! Cramer thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Finklebaum to his feet! Finklebaum is in big trouble!


Finklebaum is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Cramer clinches with his opponent.
Finklebaum is still on wobbly legs! Can Cramer finish him?
Finklebaum goes for a takedown attempt but Cramer pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Finklebaum seems to have recovered his senses.
Cramer throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.

and Cramer counters with a body kick.
Finklebaum looks gassed!
Cramer throws a series of punches but Finklebaum avoids them all with ease.
A head kick misses from Finklebaum.

Cramer gets caught napping as Finklebaum dives in and scores a takedown. Cramer manages to retain guard.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Finklebaum has gone for a leg lock! Cramer slips out almost immediately though and dives into Finklebaum's guard.

Finklebaum is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Cramer defends well.
Cramer trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Cramer is looking to stand up but Finklebaum won't let him.

Finklebaum had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Cramer defends it easily.
Cramer would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.

Finklebaum is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Cramer is aware though and is defending well.

Finklebaum working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Cramer doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Cramer manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Finklebaum looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Cramer passes into side control.

Cramer has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Cramer makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Finklebaum tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Cramer paws at him with a jab and circles away.

enabling Cramer to counter with a crisp jab.

and Cramer counters with a nice uppercut.
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

and Cramer moves into the clinch.
Cramer is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Finklebaum is defending well for now.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Don Cramer dominated that round.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.


Cramer throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Finklebaum.

and Cramer counters with a nice low kick that buckles Finklebaum's knee momentarily.

and Cramer holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Cramer lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Finklebaum tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Cramer smiles and moves away.
A left and a right from Cramer both land. Nice combination.

That's one minute gone in the round.

and Cramer counters with a crisp one two that drops Finklebaum! Cramer thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Finklebaum to his feet! Finklebaum is in big trouble!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

and Cramer counters with a stiff right hand.
Don Cramer has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Miklos Finklebaum.

Cramer cracks Finklebaum with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Cramer has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Finklebaum to stand back up!

and Cramer counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

and Cramer counters with a left and a right... and another left... and another!! That last one turned off the lights! Finklebaum has no idea who he is and is as he gazes up at the spotlights. Brutal knockout!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:45 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Don Cramer!
