The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Elliott moves out of range as Hume throws a body kick.
Elliott looks to land a left hand but Hume moved out of range nicely.
Hume tried to score with a low kick but Elliott checks it.
Hume tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Elliott manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Desmond Hume seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
