The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nikman throws a sloppy head kick
and Church counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Nikman thinking.
Nikman fails with a takedown attempt.

and Church counters with a series of strikes. Nikman will be more careful next time no doubt.
Church shoots in and bounces Nikman off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.
