Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Mike Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeff Tweedy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jones comes to the cage accompanied by Better Believe It. Tweedy has chosen Hummingbird by Wilco as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mike Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jeff Tweedy!
The judges for this bout are Gregory Folan, William Peck and Elvis Blanc.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tweedy looks to land a combination but Jones avoids it well.
Tweedy fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Tweedy moves in looking to clinch but Jones pushes him off.
Jones closes the distance and clinches.
Tweedy lands a nice knee to the body.
Tweedy trying to land knees to the body.
Tweedy taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
A nice left hand lands by Jones.
Tweedy is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Tweedy connects with a nasty looking knee right to Jones's face.
Jones drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Jones manages to break the clinch.
Tweedy swats away the attempt to clinch by Jones.
Tweedy gets a clinch.
The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
Tweedy tries to land a knee to the head but Jones blocks with his arms.

Jones content to slow the pace in the clinch.
Tweedy is pressed up against the cage. Jones has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Tweedy down to the mat. Tweedy avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Jones shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Tweedy counters with a nice body shot.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mike Jones. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Tweedy pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Jones throws a front kick that sends Tweedy stumbling back into the cage.
Jones shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Jones thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
Jones prevents Tweedy from improving his position.
Tweedy trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!
Tweedy looks gassed!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Tweedy tries to improve his position but Jones has taken his back! Jones has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Tweedy tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Jones pushes Tweedy away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
