Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bobby Bruce (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Armand Agasi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bruce comes to the cage accompanied by Joy Division - Atmosphere. Agasi has chosen Disicable -:Eminem as his entrance music. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Armand Agasi was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

15 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Armand Agasi!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Roosa Järviläinen and Johanna Lukiainen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Agasi takes a head kick and keeps coming.
Bruce lands a body shot.
Bobby Bruce seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nice body punch from Bruce.
Bruce misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Agasi tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Bruce throws the left hand but Agasi avoids the punch easily.
Bruce moves in looking to clinch but Agasi pushes him off.
Bruce tries to close the distance and clinch but Agasi swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Bruce swings for the body but Agasi moves out of range.
Agasi looks to score with a jab to the body but Bruce is just out of range.
A nice leg kick lands there from Bruce.
Agasi misses with a right hand
and Bruce counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Bruce throws a leg kick but Agasi sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Bruce missing with a left hand there. Agasi was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Bruce connects with a single shot there.
Good leg kick by Bruce there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Bruce tries to clinch but Agasi moves out of range.
Agasi tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Bruce was well out of range. Poor timing from Agasi.
Bruce ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Agasi moves away.
Bruce is looking to wear down Agasi with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Bruce closes the distance looking to clinch
and Agasi counters with a single leg into guard. Bruce didn't expect that.

Agasi postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

Bruce is trying to keep Agasi in close.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Agasi accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Bruce avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Agasi works over Bruce with some ground and pound from guard.
Agasi throws a big right hand that misses.
Agasi trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Agasi throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Bruce works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Agasi tries to free his leg and advance position but Bruce is retaining full guard.

Agasi has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Agasi is looking to work some ground and pound but Bruce has wrist control.

Bruce tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Agasi throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Bruce works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Agasi throws a strike but Bruce rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
Agasi is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Agasi is looking to sinch up a triangle. Bruce throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Agasi's body to avoid the submission. Agasi has instead reached around Bruce's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Agasi arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Armand Agasi!
