Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Duder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Power (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Chris Power enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ryan Duder! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Chris Power! The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Gregory Folan and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Power.
Power misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
A head kick by Duder misses and Power counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Duder! Power punishing his opponent with strikes. A nice elbow there by Power. Power lands a heavy elbow.
Duder is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Power in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
Oh Duder is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Power has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Power putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound! Duder is trying to get back to his feet but can't. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Power controlling from the full mount. Power's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. I looks like Power might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Duder seems to have got his legs back now. Power looks gassed!
That's one minute gone in the round. Duder wants to use the cage to get back to his feet here.
Power landing strikes from the mount and Duder is in trouble! Duder is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
Duder has given up his back, trying to stand up. Not clever. Duder covers up after that shot from Power.
Duder knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Power on the ground. Duder is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet. Duder is looking to stand back up. He's having to work hard to escape but eventually he manages it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Power avoids a low kick by using good footwork. Power throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Duder sees it coming and avoids it easily. Duder throws a sloppy head kick and Power counters with a shoot takedown. Duder fights it but they end up in guard. Power distracts Duder with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Power won't allow Duder to get back to his feet. Duder on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Duder tries to get out of the position. Duder pushes Power off for just long enough to get back to his feet. Very athletic spring there. Duder misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Duder lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Duder throws a head kick that misses so Power counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Duder keeping full guard, as Power tries to pass. Power stops Duder from standing up. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Power stands up and waves to Duder to follow him. Power lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Power.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Duder circles away from the clinch attempt.
Duder blocks the body kick.
A combination from Power does no damage. Power tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. A nice inside leg kick there by Power. That's going to slow Duder down. Duder throws a lazy head kick and Power counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Duder's guard now. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Chris Power dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
A low kick from Duder is predictable there and Power counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Power. Duder is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Power stands and steps away. Duder gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game. Chris Power seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Duder tries a head kick but it misses.
Jab, jab by Power - just one landing. Duder gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Power working some strikes from top position. Power stands up from Duder's guard - Power perhaps looking for a knockout. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Duder throws a leg kick but Power sees it coming and moves out of range.
That's one minute gone in the round. Power misses with a takedown attempt - Duder sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Power is breathing heavily. Duder tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Duder throws a sloppy head kick and Power counters with a two punch combo. Power throws a right hand that Duder ducks under and follows up with a left that Duder also avoids with ease. Duder keeps the fight on the outside. Duder misses with a leg kick and Power counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Duder stuffs the takedown. Duder throws a sloppy head kick and Power counters with a left to the body. Power tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Duder paws at him with a jab and circles away. Duder fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Power is out of range. Duder throws a nice head kick!
It looks like Chris Power has been cut. Duder tries a head kick but it misses.
Power throws the kick towards the body but Duder avoids it. A solid body kick from Power.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A head kick misses from Duder. Duder works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Duder stuffs the takedown attempt from Power. Power gets slowly back to his feet. Ryan Duder has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chris Power. Duder throws a head kick that misses. Power lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Power gets in close and instigates a clinch.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Duder breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Duder scores with a spinning back kick! A head kick misses from Duder. Power uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Duder. Power shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Duder but Duder pushes him off and we're back to square one. Power is looking to clinch but Duder is avoiding it.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Power moves in looking to clinch but Duder pushes him off. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Chris Power showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The cut man is working on Chris Power's cut. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Power walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Duder checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side. Duder takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Power tries to clinch up but Duder circles away and keeps his distance. Duder tries a head kick but it misses.
Power changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Duder tries to avoid it but Power manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Duder to the ground. Duder escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Power swinging wilding here.
Power shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Duder as he avoids it easily. Ryan Duder has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chris Power. Power fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Power throws a nice looking combination but Duder bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. No luck for Power with that takedown attempt.

Ryan Duder is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Duder lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Duder throws a head kick that misses. Nice takedown defense from Duder. No joy for Power on that attempt.
And that's the end of the fight! Chris Power comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Power winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
