Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Guqin Sona (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Blazen Confoozed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Confoozed fails with a takedown attempt.
Confoozed looks to score with a jab to the body but Sona is just out of range.
Sona changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Confoozed tries to avoid it but Sona manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Confoozed to the ground. Confoozed escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Sona shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Confoozed as he jumps to the side.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Sona enables Confoozed to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Sona manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Sona throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Confoozed escapes and throws Sona's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Blazen Confoozed has got the better of the ground game so far.

Confoozed looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Sona with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Confoozed jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Sona walks away with a smile on his face. Confoozed gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

Confoozed is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Sona throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Confoozed's waist but Confoozed gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Sona off to one side.
