Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Peter Olais (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jim Bo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Peter Olais! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jim Bo! The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, William Peck and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Olais uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Bo. Olais shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Bo cracks Olais with an open hand slap. Jim Bo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Bo slow jab from Olais misses its intended target. Bo loads up on a big right hand but Olais slips the punch. Bo throws a hook to the side of Olais's head but Olais sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Olais moves out of range of the leg kick from Bo. Bo throws a jab but it's blocked by Olais. Bo throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Olais really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Bo darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Bo is looking to advance position but Olais won't allow it. Olais moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Olais working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Bo doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Bo manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Bo postures up.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bo tries to free his leg and advance position but Olais is retaining full guard. Bo trying to control but Olais is working from the bottom. Olais is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Bo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Olais swivels though and keeps the full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bo gets to his feet. Olais looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Bo throws a big shot that misses. Bo throws a looping overhand right but Olais ducks down to avoid it. Olais doesn't succeed with the takedown and Bo counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Olais thinking. Bo circles away from the clinch attempt.

Olais is desperately trying to improve his position but Bo has a good base and remains in mount. BOOM! Bo connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Olais is breathing heavily. Bo is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Olais has managed to escape the submission attempt.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bo scores with a couple of good head shots there.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Olais fails with the takedown and Olais takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Peter Olais. That's going to take a lot out of him. Bo fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Olais manages to avoid it. Bo throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Olais tries for a takedown but Bo circles away easily enabling Bo to counter with a crisp jab.

Bo throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Olais slips a straight right by Bo. Bo closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Olais is staying active underneath Bo, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Olais looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Olais is looking for a sweep. Bo is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Olais manages to get to full guard.

Olais is looking to control Bo's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Olais avoid being mounted? Olais tries to get to full guard but Bo has control of the leg. Olais wants to control but Bo is keeping busy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bo looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Olais is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Bo pulls his head out easily. Bo sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Olais defending well though. Bo seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. Olais avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Bo.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Olais is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Olais blocks a jab. Bo misses with a hook. Olais ducked under it nicely. Bo swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Olais moves out of range as Bo strikes. Olais tries for a takedown but Bo circles away easily and Bo counters with a lovely straight right hand! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Olais uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bo.

Jim Bo showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Bo gets to his feet - Olais follows without any prompting. Bo misses with a straight left. Olais clinches with his opponent.

Olais is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Olais is working for a submission of some sort.
Olais is keen to just control but Bo is a slippery customer. Olais is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there. Bo is looking to sinch up a gullotine here but Olais pulls his head out easily. Jim Bo has got the better of the ground game so far. Olais trying to control from half guard but Bo is working away. Bo trying to control here but he's found himself mounted! Oh no!

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Olais with a poor takedown and Bo counters with a straight right hand. Olais ducks under a wild hook from Bo. Bo throws a hook but Olais blocks it. Peter Olais has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Bo misses with a looping left. Olais gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily enabling Bo to counter with a crisp jab.
And that's the end of the fight! Jim Bo comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I've got Bo winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
