Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between CJ Wilkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Matty Kawnay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, CJ Wilkins! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Matty Kawnay! The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, David Schapiro and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A good leg kick by Wilkins. Wilkins gets in close and instigates a clinch. Kawnay is trying to drag Wilkins to the mat but Wilkins just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Wilkins misses with a punch to the body.
A short right from Wilkins on the inside. A left hand lands to the body for Wilkins.
Wilkins pushes Kawnay back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. Wilkins manages to break the clinch.
Wilkins misses the shot to the body. Kawnay shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Wilkins keeping control of the leg, stopping his opponent passing to mount. Wilkins is not content to let Kawnay control the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wilkins gets full guard. Wilkins is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. Wilkins is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Wilkins moves nicely into side control. Kawnay is not content to let Wilkins control the position. Wilkins controls the position. Kawnay takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wilkins grinds an elbow into Kawnay's temple. Wilkins works to advance to full mount. Kawnay defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Kawnay is working to get back to half guard.
Wilkins thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Wilkins working the ground and pound effectively.
Wilkins lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Wilkins lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Wilkins fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
Kawnay is rocked! Kawnay takes a big shot to the dome and his eyes have rolled back in his head! Wilkins's killer instinct has kicked in as he finishes the fight with more strikes. Impressive finish.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). CJ Wilkins! CJ Wilkins decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
