Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
10 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Keasty Kanne!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
14 - 4 - 1, fighting out of London, Bob Fwapp!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Colin Fotheringham and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fwapp scores with a jab.
Kanne fails with the takedown.
Kanne throws a series of punches but Fwapp avoids them all with ease.
Kanne throws a right and a left that both miss.
Fwapp tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Fwapp tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Kanne manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Kanne throws a head kick but Fwapp moves out of range.
Fwapp closes this distance looking for a takedown but Kanne circles away.
Kanne is looking to clinch.
Fwapp throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Kanne sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Kanne has closed the distance and engaged Fwapp in a clinch.
Kanne lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
Fwapp stalling in the clinch but Kanne improves position.
Kanne escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Fwapp drives through and clinches with Kanne against the cage.
Fwapp breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Kanne tries to clinch up.
Fwapp tries to clinch but Kanne is having none of it.
Kanne lands a left and a right that sends Fwapp crashing to the canvas! Kanne dives into mount looking to finish!
Fwapp is rocked!
It looks like Bob Fwapp has been cut.
That's one minute gone in the round.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Fwapp is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Fwapp is still in real trouble! Can Kanne finish him?
Whack. That's a big, big shot from Kanne! Fwapp is out cold! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:22 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Keasty Kanne!
