Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Reed (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Reed tries to pull guard but Jackson holds him up against the cage and eventually Reed drops back down to his feet.

Reed fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

Reed is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Jackson lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Reed has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Reed and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Reed. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
Jackson wants to slow Reed down by chopping away at his legs.
Reed takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him.
Jackson throws a leg kick which misses Reed's front leg but catches the back leg as Reed tries to avoid it.

Reed shoots in but Jackson avoids the takedown attempt easily.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Reed gets through Jackson's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.

Reed tries to score a body lock takedown but Jackson shows good agility there to stay on his feet.

Reed has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Reed there as he acknowledges the shot.
