Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rashad Evans (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damian Gonzalez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Evans's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Immortal Technique -Point of No Return. Gonzalez has chosen Paranoia as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonzalez leaves Evans with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Evans rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Gonzalez moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Gonzalez throws a shot from downtown. Evans moves away and avoids it.
Gonzalez throws the left hand but Evans avoids the punch easily.
Gonzalez lands a two punch combo.
Evans scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.

That was a close round but I would say that Rashad Evans will probably get the nod.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Evans feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Evans, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
