Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between John Kruger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vitor Beranubus (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kruger's entrance music is Tnt. A fine choice. On his way into the cage it seems that John Kruger has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily John Kruger seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Beranubus gets tackled into the cage by Kruger. Kruger maintains the clinch.
Beranubus is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Beranubus has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Kruger after a bit of a struggle.

Beranubus escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kruger gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Beranubus has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Kruger can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Kruger fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Beranubus sprawls well initially but Kruger persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Beranubus is looking for a sweep. Kruger is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Kruger is nestled in close to Beranubus, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Kruger manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Beranubus on his heels. He'll look to pass Beranubus's guard now, I'm sure.
