Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Paulo Carioca (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Randall Swain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Swain has chosen Boston - More Than a Feeling as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

15 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Randall Swain!
The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Mauricio Rocha and Paulo Santos.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Carioca feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Swain's calf.
Swain takes a kick to the side of the head.
Carioca thumps Swain with a low kick.
Swain fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Swain looks gassed!
Carioca lands a big head kick that sends Swain tumbling to the mat! Carioca takes a step backwards and waves Swain back to his feet - he wants the finish!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Whack! Carioca lands a heavy head kick that drops Swain. The ref tackles Carioca to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Swain was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Paulo Carioca!
