The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wayne feints and as Eyes raises his hands in defense, Wayne changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Wayne passes Eyes's left leg - he's now in half guard.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Wayne won't let Eyes get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
