Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Colm Corbec (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Owen Glyde (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Owen Glyde will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Colm Corbec! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Owen Glyde! The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Glass and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Glyde takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Corbec shoots in for a double leg but Glyde sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Corbec drops his hands momentarily and Glyde takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head. Glyde walks into a straight right hand from Corbec. Corbec shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Glyde pinned against the cage. Glyde gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Corbec throws a one two combo.
Glyde instigates a clinch. Corbec turns his hips and lands a very nice judo throw into side control! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! You can see the frustration on Glyde's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Glyde regains half guard. Corbec missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Corbec is controlling the pace.

That's one minute gone in the round. Glyde trying to control here.
Glyde is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Corbec pulls his head out easily. Glyde has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Corbec is working away from the top position though. Corbec is looking to pass Glyde's guard but actually Glyde recovers to full guard. Corbec will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Corbecis looking to pass into half guard but Glyde pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Glyde is in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Glyde looking to pass the guard. Corbec wants to sweep here but Glyde controlling him for the moment. Corbec wants to stand up but Glyde is controlling him. Glyde wants to pass the guard but Corbec is keeping the position. Corbec trying to control the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Corbec wants to stand up but Glyde is controlling him. Glyde drops back looking for a leg! Corbec is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Corbec manages to kick Glyde off! Glyde jumps back into Corbec's guard. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Glyde wants to control from the top but Corbec keeps moving. Glyde might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Corbec kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Corbec swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Glyde moves into the clinch. Corbec blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Glyde is trying to maintain a safe position but Corbec gets an underhook and turns Glyde into the cage. Glyde misses with a short punch on the inside. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Glyde. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Corbec is trying to drag Glyde to the mat but Glyde just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Colm Corbec. That's going to take a lot out of him. Corbec is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Owen Glyde will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Glyde moves into range and clinches up with Corbec. Glyde prevents a takedown attempt there.
A quick uppercut on the inside from Corbec. Corbec has dropped down and is working for a takedown. Glyde is trying to keep an underhook but Corbec manages to get the takedown into half guard. Glyde is staying active underneath Corbec, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Corbec is stalling here. Glyde is in no mood to hang around though. He's locked up a kimura from the bottom! Corbec seems to be keeping calm but he's forced to roll out of the hold and Glyde has ended up in side control on the top. Nice work. Glyde trying to control the action but Corbec is working from the bottom. Glyde is working to tighten is grip on Corbec's neck. He's isolated an arm and is working for an arm triangle. Corbec has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Glyde is really squeezing tight and eventually Corbec passes out! Glyde breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:56 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Owen Glyde! Owen Glyde bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
