Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, William Gold and Steven Brown.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laroux lands with a cross.
Laroux shoots for a double leg takedown but Mccoy sprawls well. He's pushed Laroux's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Laroux throws a lazy uppercut
and Mccoy counters with a lovely straight right hand!
The fighters circling - Mccoy throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Laroux works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Laroux ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

Laroux throws out a loose jab but Mccoy uses good head movement to avoid it.
Mccoy bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Mccoy shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Mccoy lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Laroux circles away quickly and effectively.

Mccoy ducks under a wild hook from Laroux.
Laroux uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Mccoy has time to react.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Laroux tests Mccoy's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Laroux changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Mccoy tries to avoid it but Laroux manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Mccoy to the ground. Mccoy escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

and Laroux decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Mccoy's guard.
Laroux is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound.

Mccoy is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
Mccoy has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Laroux can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Laroux got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mccoy has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Laroux has managed to get both his arms back between Mccoy's legs - danger averted.
Laroux wants to control from the top but Mccoy keeps moving.
Mccoy working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Laroux doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Laroux manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Mccoy slips a straight right by Laroux.
Laroux fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Mccoy manages to avoid it.
Laroux takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Mccoy looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Mccoy thows a left - swing and a miss!
Laroux bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Mccoy's head.
Laroux throws an overhand right that lands on Mccoy's shoulder, as Mccoy tries to avoid the shot.

Mccoy swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Laroux throws a big shot that misses.
Laroux misses with a straight left.
Laroux has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Mccoy finds it's way round the side to connect with Laroux's head.

Laroux gets caught flat footed, as Mccoy shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Laroux is sitting in close to Mccoy's body. Mccoy has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Laroux is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Laroux is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Mccoy.
