Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Eldoth Kron (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phil Mackay (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kron's entrance music is Afterworld. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Chris Saunders and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A right-left combo lands from Mackay.
It looks like Eldoth Kron has been cut.
Kron shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
A slapping body kick lands there for Mackay.
Mackay stuffs the takedown.
Mackay throws a series of punches but Kron moves out of range.
Mackay leaves Kron with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Eldoth Kron. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Mackay misses with a head kick.
Mackay tries to sprawl but Kron drives through with a takedown into half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon.
Mackay looks like he's trying to stand up.
Kron passes to side control.

Mackay looking for a sweep but Kron has passed into full mount! Oh no!

Kron tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kron landing punches.
Kron lands a big elbow.
Kron looking to control and managing it successfully.
A nice elbow there by Kron.
Kron landing strikes, looking to finish!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mackay is bucking up trying to escape but Kron cracks him with another couple of good strikes.
Kron controlling the position easily from mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Kron won't let Mackay get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Kron sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment.
Kron has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Mackay tries to buck Kron off so he can stand up but Kron has got his back now - this could be big trouble! He's slapped on a rear naked choke that looks really tight! Mackay falls backwards, slamming Kron to the mat but Kron holds on tight! Mackay is forced to tap and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Eldoth Kron!
Post fight, Eldoth Kron stared into the camera and said 'Submission? We talking bout submission?'.
