Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Luke Kilpatrick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Windigo Sandy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Luke Kilpatrick! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Windigo Sandy! The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, John Mangel and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kilpatrick lands a body shot.
Kilpatrick fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Sandy looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Sandy tries to clinch up but Kilpatrick circles away and keeps his distance. Kilpatrick looks to land a combination but Sandy avoids it well. Sandy lands a high kick!
It looks like Luke Kilpatrick has been cut. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! No joy there for Kilpatrick, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Kilpatrick dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Kilpatrick circles away from the clinch attempt and Kilpatrick counters with a left and a right that stings Sandy. Kilpatrick tries to bum rush Sandy with a series of wild strikes but Sandy uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Kilpatrick uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sandy.
Sandy tries to close the distance and clinch up but Kilpatrick swats him away and circles back towards the center. Sandy takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness. Kilpatrick does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. Sandy is trying hard to land a takedown here. Kilpatrick sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Danga de danga de dang - Kilpatrick scores with a four punch combination!
It looks like Windigo Sandy has been cut. A head kick misses from Sandy. Sandy doesn't succeed with the takedown and Kilpatrick counters with a straight right hand. Sandy wants to clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kilpatrick ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Sandy looks gassed! Kilpatrick throws a shot to the body.
Kilpatrick slaps away a takedown attempt from Sandy, before circling back to the center of the mat. Luke Kilpatrick has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Windigo Sandy. Kilpatrick throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Kilpatrick misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Kilpatrick throws a right and a left that Sandy avoids nicely. Kilpatrick bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Sandy's head backwards. Sandy has taken the fight to the clinch.
Sandy tries to land knees in the clinch but Kilpatrick avoids the damage to the body. Sandy is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Kilpatrick is defending well for now. Sandy breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Kilpatrick swings for the body but Sandy moves out of range.
Windigo Sandy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A jab lands there for Kilpatrick. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Sandy goes for a high kick. It partially lands.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kilpatrick's jab looks to have found its range, popping Sandy under the eye. Kilpatrick lands with a good body shot. Sandy moves to clinch but Kilpatrick breaks away and Kilpatrick counters with a right hand to the body. Kilpatrick throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Sandy. Kilpatrick moves out of range of the body kick from Sandy.
Kilpatrick moves out of range of the body kick. A bone on bone clash there as Sandy blocks the leg kick.
Kilpatrick looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Kilpatrick will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
No luck for Sandy with that takedown attempt. Kilpatrick drops Sandy with a left and a right! Oh, Sandy is hurt - Kilpatrick dives into side control looking to finish!
Sandy is rocked! Sandy being controlled for a moment. Sandy is still in real trouble! Can Kilpatrick finish him? Kilpatrick advances to full mount. Kilpatrick controlling the position easily from mount. Sandy seems to have recovered his senses.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Sandy tries to hold on but Kilpatrick pushes him away. Sandy manages to regain half guard. Good work. Sandy wants to get back to full guard but Kilpatrick has passed into side control. Sandy is looking to reverse the position. Sandy tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Kilpatrick presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount! Kilpatrick takes Sandy's back.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sandy trying to control the action but Kilpatrick just sinks the hooks in. Kilpatrick is riding his opponent, not letting Sandy buck him off. Sandy wants to get back to his feet. Sandy rolls and manages to get back to half guard. Nicely done.
Kilpatrick keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action! We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Sandy can do anything to dispel that myth. Sandy tries to roll over but Kilpatrick keeps him under control. Kilpatrick is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Luke Kilpatrick dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!
No luck for Sandy with that takedown attempt. Kilpatrick slaps away a takedown attempt from Sandy, before circling back to the center of the mat. Sandy takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Sandy takes a shot right to the bread basket. Kilpatrick throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Kilpatrick scores with a hook to the body. Sandy takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Kilpatrick tries to land a front kick but Sandy steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Kilpatrick's corner calls for a 1-2. Kilpatrick obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Kilpatrick drops Sandy with a straight right hand, right on the button! Kilpatrick follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Luke Kilpatrick! During a confident post fight interview, Luke Kilpatrick thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
