Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jackie Moon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Cory Steel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Steel has chosen Immortal Technique-Point of no return as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Steel lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Steel misses with a hook.

Cory Steel seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Moon, right into the meat.
Moon turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

and Moon counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Steel is trying to stand back up but Moon is controlling him
Moon uses his free foot to push down on Steel's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Steel.

Steel defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Moon.
Moon has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Steel wants to get back to his feet.

Moon tries to control but Steel wriggling away.
Moon lands a heavy elbow.
Moon postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Steel looks a forlorn figure.

Moon has hold of Steel's left arm, perhaps looking for a submission. The two fighters tussle over control of the isolated limb and Steel manages to get his arm back to his side and away from danger.

You get the feeling that Steel really doesn't like being in this position too much.

Moon postures up and throws a massive shot that knocks Steel out cold! Two more strikes to his unconscious opponent for good luck and this one is all over! Moon goes absolutely crazy with his corner! Wow, you can see how much that win means to him!
