Liddell has chosen Slayer - Raining Blood as his entrance music. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Block Liddell enters the cage!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A chopping leg kick lands by Miyaguchi.
Liddell avoids a kick to the body.
Donk. Miyaguchi catches Liddell right on the button with a cross.
Miyaguchi uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Liddell.
Liddell throws a series of punches but Miyaguchi moves out of range.
Liddell takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.
Some bone on bone action there as Miyaguchi checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Liddell takes one on the chin but keeps coming.

Miyaguchi lands with a nice combination. Liddell backs away looking to recover.
Miyaguchi lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Miyaguchi.

Liddell is rocked!
Liddell drops his hands momentarily and Miyaguchi needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Liddell just on the top of the head. Liddell drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Liddell - he's done!
