Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kempfer bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Pleaser pushes Kempfer away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Kempfer gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Pleaser is looking for a sweep. Pleaser is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Pleaser is not content to let Kempfer control the position. Kempfer swings around for an armbar but Pleaser sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Kempfer's guard. Kempfer wants to control the position but Pleaser says "no thanks buddy" and passes to half guard. Kempfer throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
Kempfer is doing well to control the position and prevent Pleaser from advancing to side control. Kempfer is trying to maintain the position but Pleaser is very close to passing his half guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Pleaser wants to take a breather but Kempfer is having none of it. Pleaser wants to free his trapped foot but Kempfer is holding on for dear life with his legs. Kempfer is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Pleaser content to control rather than advance. Pleaser is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Kempfer blocks the body kick.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Kempfer tries to clinch but Pleaser is having none of it. Pleaser keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Pleaser shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Pleaser was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Kempfer is breathing heavily. Pleaser controlling the pace for now. Kempfer really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Kempfer is looking to improve his position but Pleaser isn't that keen on the idea. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Pleaser is working close to his opponent, looking to work a submission by the looks of things. Oh, he's managed to get a guillotine from mount as his opponent reached up! That looks tiiiiight! Will he tap? YES, he's tapped! Impressive submission by Pleaser!
