The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
White tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Hansen counters with a straight right hand.

It looks like Jamal White has been cut.
White moves to clinch but Hansen breaks away
and Hansen counters with a left and a right that stings White.
Hansen throws a hook but White blocks it.
White wants to clinch.
White takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Hansen tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but White was well out of range. Poor timing from Hansen.

White throws a vicious knee straight up the middle but Hansen blocks it with crossed arms.

Hansen breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Hansen rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but White moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
White wants to control but Hansen is keeping busy.

Hansen comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
White has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
A left and a right from Hansen both land. Nice combination.

Oh White is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Hansen is looking for a takedown. Wow, that's a brutal slam - White is in big trouble! Hansen is landing strikes from the mount and this one is all over! The ref jumps in to save a confused looking White. Poor guy.
