Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Tetsu Haramura (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mike Bessenger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Haramura comes to the cage accompanied by Racer X - Superheroes. Bessenger has chosen Hostile Mass as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Tetsu Haramura! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Mike Bessenger! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Ian Loll and Alec Ball.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bessenger will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. A kick lands to the mid section there for Bessenger. Haramura tries to clinch up. Haramura misses with a takedown and Bessenger holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Bessenger pulls Haramura into guard.
Bessenger has a closed guard, preventing Haramura from standing up. Bessenger is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Haramura wants to stand but Bessenger has a closed guard, so he can't escape. Bessenger wants to stand and escape but Haramura is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Bessenger wants to sweep but no luck. Bessenger trying to keep a closed guard but Haramura is proving a slippery customer.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Haramura is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Haramura closes the distance and clinches. Haramura missing with knees to the body.
Haramura goes for a takedown in the clinch but Bessenger prevents it.

That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Bessenger gets a nice trip takedown into half guard. Haramura wants to get back to full guard. Haramura wants to get back to his feet. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bessenger not doing much here.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Bessenger postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Haramura to stand up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mike Bessenger dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Haramura tries to clinch but Bessenger moves away and Bessenger counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Bessenger. Bessenger sitting in guard here, content to control. Bessenger slips nicely into half guard. Haramura wants to get back to full guard but Bessenger has passed into side control.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Haramura tries to reverse the position but Bessenger maintains control. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Haramura tries to lock up and control but Bessenger gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mike Bessenger showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!
Haramura darts in trying to clinch and Bessenger counters by moving into the clinch. Bessenger lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.
Bessenger is taking a breather. Haramura says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Bessenger works his way into full mount!
That's one minute gone in the round. Haramura wants to hold on but Bessenger pushes him away. Haramura might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Haramura tries to control the position but Bessenger now has his back.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Bessenger has the hooks in. Haramura is trying to push off one leg but he has to do so cautiously to avoid being submitted. Bessenger is controlling the position but Haramura somehow manages to roll and ends up with half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Haramura tries to get to full guard but Bessenger has control of the leg.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Bessenger with a momentary lay and pray from half guard. Tetsu Haramura has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Haramura looking for subs from the bottom but Bessenger mounts him!
And that's the end of the fight! Mike Bessenger comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Bessenger has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
