Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gigante Tiba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gunther Ryan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tiba comes into the arena with Carmeaty Burana blaring out of the sound system. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Matheus Silva, Paulo Santos and Luis Engracia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ryan misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Tiba misses with a few strikes there.
Tiba wants to slow Ryan down by chopping away at his legs.
Tiba swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Tiba lands a jab.
It looks like Gunther Ryan has been cut.
Ryan closes this distance looking for a takedown but Tiba circles away.
Ryan misses with a takedown attempt - Tiba sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Tiba lands a two punch combo.
A clash of legs there as Ryan blocks the low kick.
Ryan misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Donk. Tiba catches Ryan right on the button with a cross.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Ryan looks for a takedown but Tiba sprawls well.
Gigante Tiba has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Gunther Ryan.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Tiba digs a good body shot into Ryan's ribs.
Ryan shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Tiba as he jumps to the side.
Tiba connects with a combination that backs up Ryan into the cage. Tiba lands a flurry of punches that gets past Ryan's guard. Ryan is down and the referee has seen enough. It is all over! Tiba bursts into tears - this win obviously means a huge amount to him.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:21 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Gigante Tiba!
After the fight, Gigante Tiba was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
