Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kjell Sword!
The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Ren Mimura and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sword looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Paul is fending him off so far but Sword persists. Nope, Paul circles away and we're back to standing.
Paul slips a straight right by Sword.
Sword shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Well, if Sword is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Sword wants to control but Paul is keeping him busy.
Sword thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Paul's head.
Sword throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Sword trying to control from half guard but Paul is working away.
Sword thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

Sword content to control rather than advance.
It looks like Sword might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Kjell Sword.
Sword misses with an uppercut
and Paul counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
It looks like Kjell Sword has been cut.

Sword throws a lazy uppercut
and Paul counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Paul lands the left hand.

Paul just misses with a punch to the body.

Paul connects with a good right hand that stumbles Sword. Sword circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Sword throws out a loose jab but Paul uses good head movement to avoid it.
Sword scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Sword content to control rather than advance.
Paul is refusing to be controlled, as Sword sits in half guard.
Paul keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

Paul avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Sword.
Sword performing his best blanket impression for a moment.
Sword not landing any meaningful shots this time.
Sword throwing shots but Paul is blocking nicely.
Paul knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Sword on the ground.
Sword has freed up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Sword connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
It looks like Justin Paul has been cut.
BOOM! Sword connects with a massive shot to the dome!

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Justin Paul's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
