Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Diesel Power (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Benedict Cruz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Power comes to the cage accompanied by Gasellit - Kiittämätön nilkki . Benedict Cruz will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Eddie Farnsworth and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cruz takes the fight into the clinch.
Power blocking some punches.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Cruz.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Power.
Power drops down looking for an ankle pick but Cruz pulls his leg out and moves away.
Cruz drives through and clinches with Power against the cage.

Power lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Cruz or not.
Power's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button!
Cruz lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Power goes for a takedown attempt but Cruz pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Power swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Cruz thows a left - swing and a miss!
Power sizes up Cruz with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.

Power jumps guard but Cruz turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Power crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Cruz - the referee stops the clock and Power gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Cruz. Power manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.

Cruz throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Cruz throws a nice inside leg kick.
Power tries to close the distance and clinch but Cruz swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Cruz with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Power to score with a decent uppercut.

Benedict Cruz seems to be working more effectively in the clinch in the fight so far.

Power is trying to drag Cruz to the mat but Cruz just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

Power throws an elbow that misses. Cruz uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Power's guard. Nice move by Cruz!
Power might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Cruz won't allow Power to sweep him here.

Power fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Cruz manages to avoid it.

Cruz rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Power moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Power shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.

Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Power in particular looking to stall.

Power throws a hook to the side of Cruz's head but Cruz sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

Power changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Cruz looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cruz wants to escape from the position here - easier said than done!
Cruz is not in a great position here, taking some shots.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Power trying to control the action but Cruz is working from the bottom.
Power lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Cruz down.
Diesel Power has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Power is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Cruz has escaped the position, nice work there.
Cruz tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Power wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
And that's the end of the fight!
Diesel Power showed his dominance in that final round.
I think Cruz has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
