The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Furfur misses with a looping left.
Green lands with a hook. Furfur tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
Green scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Green shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Furfur defends it nicely.
Furfur tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Green manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Furfur looks to land a body kick but Green moved away.

Furfur lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Green on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

and Green counters with a nice body shot.
Green throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Furfur.
Furfur walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Green throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Furfur escapes and throws Green's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Green pushes Furfur away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Furfur gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Green has his foot on Furfur's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Furfur works his way back into a safe position though.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Furfur lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Green has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Green and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
