And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Juan Gonzalez!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Anni Minnemäki and Ben Zyskovitsi.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gonzalez shoots in looking for a takedown but Kurze manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Gonzalez's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Gonzalez takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Nice uppercut lands for Kurze. That snapped Gonzalez's head back.

Kurze stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Kurze wants it to stay on the feet.
Kurze lands a jab to Gonzalez's midsection.

Kurze lands a nice shot that snaps Gonzalez's head back.
Kurze fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Gonzalez looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Kurze dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Kurze ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Gonzalez looks gassed!
Kurze scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Kurze connects with a body shot that sends Gonzalez's belly button to the back.
Oooooh!!! Kurze has knocked Gonzalez down with a huge combo! Kurze steps away and waves a wobbly Gonzalez back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!
Gonzalez throws a shot from downtown. Kurze moves away and avoids it.
Gonzalez drops his hands for a split second and Kurze immediately capitalizes on the opportunity by smashing a powerful hook into Gonzalez face, sending his mouthguard sailing through the air, much to the delight of the crowd. Kurze follows up with a right hand that knocks Gonzalez into next week. He's out cold and this fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Konrad Kurze!
Konrad Kurze really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that Punishment Nutrition - All 159Q products now $75 logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
