The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Obina!

Obina looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Henki working for a triangle but Obina defends it easily.
Obina is pushing down on Henki's leg trying to pass to half guard. Henki is fighting to maintain full guard but Obina has managed to sneak the leg through.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Obina is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Henki is just riding it out for now. Obina eventually gives up the hold.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Obina in particular looking to stall.
Henki pushes Obina off looking to stand but Obina dives back in and keeps control.
Henki wants to improve his position but Obina is controlling well.

Obina is looking for a kimura here.

Obina is working for submissions here but there's nothing on.
Henki is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Obina looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Obina prevents Henki from improving his position.
Obina is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Henki!
Henki reaches up to try and control the position but Obina seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Henki rolls and tries to escape and now Obina has his back!
A lull in the action here.
Henki wants to control his opponent's hands but Obina gets his hands free.

Obina working for a choke but Henki is defending well.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Henki controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position.

Obina is working for a rear naked choke. Henki is not defending it well and Obina has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Henki refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Henki's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
