Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Teppo Mansikka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jean Pierre Babin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mansikka's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Sattuu. Babin is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: South Park - Let's Fighting Love. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

12 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jean Pierre Babin!
The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Saam Ante and Radbod Blank.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mansikka displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Babin.
Mansikka on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Babin. Babin obviously looking to wear him down.
Babin connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Mansikka uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Babin.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Babin.
Mansikka throws a leg kick but Babin moved away.
Mansikka tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Mansikka misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Babin takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Mansikka moves to clinch but Babin breaks away
and Babin connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Jean Pierre Babin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Babin throws out a powerful jab.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Mansikka throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Mansikka goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
It looks like Jean Pierre Babin has been cut.
Babin on the wrong end of a nice hook.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Babin shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Mansikka eats them both and turns towards Babin to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Mansikka looks up at the clock. Bad move! Babin lands a right hand from hell, dropping Mansikka. Babin pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Jean Pierre Babin! Jean Pierre Babin retains his middleweight title!
During a confident post fight interview, Jean Pierre Babin thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
