Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, James Talley!
The judges for this bout are Joseph Jones, Eddie Farnsworth and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice shot lands for Mathers.
Mathers tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
A head kick by Mathers misses
letting Talley counter with a right hand.
Mathers throws a leg kick but Talley sees it coming and moves out of range.
Talley fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Talley misses with a low kick.
Talley attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.
Talley tried to score with a low kick but Mathers checks it.
Talley jabs at Mathers's body.
Talley tries to clinch there but Mathers circles away.
Talley avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Talley misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Mathers.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Mathers slips a jab from Talley.
Mathers throws a front kick aimed at Talley's knee but Talley avoids it well.
A slow jab from Mathers misses its intended target.
Mathers misses the shot to the body.
A looping hook to the body misses from Talley. Mathers does a little dance to reset his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Mathers scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Mathers lands a high kick!
Talley tries to clinch up.
Mathers moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Talley checks a leg kick.
Mathers has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Talley finds it's way round the side to connect with Mathers's head.
Talley tries to clinch but Mathers moves out of range.
Talley misses with a right hand
and Mathers counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Mathers bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Talley's head.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Mathers misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Talley lands an overhand right.
Talley cracks Mathers on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Mathers falls backwards against the cage. Talley follows up with more strikes that drop Mathers to his knees. Talley keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Mathers! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). James Talley!
