Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Sato Kobayashi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Seivas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kobayashi has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. The crowd giving both fighters a great reception on their way into the arena. That's good to see.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of

2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Antonio Seivas! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yukihiro Yamamoto.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Seivas shoots in for a takedown but Kobayashi shows good takedown defense. Seivas misses with a two punch combination.
Kobayashi throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Seivas wants to clinch up but Kobayashi keeps it at a distance. Seivas cracks the inside of Kobayashi's front leg. Kobayashi is breathing heavily. Seivas gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. Seivas breaks the clinch.
Seivas misses with a straight right. Kobayashi tries for a takedown but Seivas sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Seivas misses with a double jab
and Kobayashi counters with a nice double leg into half guard. Kobayashi knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Seivas on the ground. Seivas slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Seivas is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. This has been an exciting period of action! That's one minute gone in the round. Seivas is looking for a triangle but Kobayashi pushes his legs off easily.
Seivas wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Seivas has his foot on Kobayashi's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kobayashi works his way back into a safe position though. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Seivas is on top in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Seivas slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Seivas trying to control the action but Kobayashi is working from the bottom. Check out the look on Seivas's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Seivas moves into full mount! Seivas working for a guillotine from mount but Kobayashi is in no mood to give up. Kobayashi is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Seivas is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Kobayashi is forced to tap! Great finish!
