Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Huey Freeman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gabriel Halo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Freeman comes to the cage accompanied by Judo Flip. Halo has chosen I am a Nightmare Walking as his entrance music. Huey Freeman has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed right hand from Freeman misses the target.
Huey Freeman seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Freeman fails with the takedown
and Halo counters with a nice low kick that buckles Freeman's knee momentarily.
Halo lands a leg kick that knocks Freeman off balance momentarily.
Freeman fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Freeman takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Freeman takes one to the chin there.

It looks like Huey Freeman has been cut.
Freeman has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Halo.
Freeman fails to land the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Huey Freeman. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Halo dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Freeman. That did some damage!
This has been an exciting period of action!

Freeman tries for a takedown but Halo circles away easily
and Halo connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
Freeman is breathing heavily.
Halo fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Freeman fails to land the takedown.
Freeman swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

Halo has Freeman up against the cage in a clinch.
Freeman takes a knee right on the jaw!
Halo lands an elbow just above Freeman 's eye.

Freeman manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

Halo got a little sloppy there for a moment and Freeman has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Halo has managed to get both his arms back between Freeman's legs - danger averted.
Halo wanted to stand there but Freeman had control of the position.
Halo passes Freeman's right leg, so he's now in half guard.

Halo decides to return to a standing position.
Freeman shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Halo defends it nicely.
Halo bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.

A nice inside leg kick there by Halo. That's going to slow Freeman down.
Freeman with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Halo to score with a decent uppercut.
Halo scores with a jab to the jaw.
Freeman on the wrong end of a nice jab.

Huey Freeman's cut is getting worse.
Freeman changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Halo tries to avoid it but Freeman manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Halo to the ground. Halo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Halo connects with a body shot.
Freeman takes a jab right on the kisser.

Freeman is rocked!
Halo connects with an inside leg kick.
Freeman takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Freeman tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Halo scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Oh Freeman is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Halo circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends Freeman tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Halo wins by KO!
