The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Skip Squint and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bashor shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Basher sprawls well. Basher wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Bashor gets slowly back to his feet.
Bashor avoids the head kick by Basher.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Bashor.
Basher throws a right hand that Bashor ducks under and follows up with a left that Bashor also avoids with ease.
Jab, cross, leg kick. Nice combination by Basher!
It looks like Jason Bashor has been cut.
Bashor shoots in but Basher avoids the takedown attempt easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jason Bashor. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Basher throws a nice looking combination but Bashor bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Bashor shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Basher pinned against the cage. Basher gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
No joy there for Basher, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Bashor closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Basher did well to prevent Bashor getting side control.
We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Basher scrambles, trying to get to his feet, but Bashor manages to mount him!
Bashor is working to isolate an arm here. It's a telegraphed submission attempt but he's gone for it anyway - and he's got it! Bashor extends the arm and Basher is forced to tap!
