Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Crazy Horse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and KO Kid (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Crazy Horse! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, KO Kid! The judges for this bout are Daniel Cesar, Felipe Paraventi and Edson Gomes.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kid closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Horse did well to prevent Kid getting side control. Horse could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely. Kid looks to land a strike but Horse avoids it nicely and regains full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Kid trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Horse wants to stand up but Kid is controlling him. Kid wants to pass the guard but Horse is keeping the position. Kid working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Horse wants to stand but Kid is controlling the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kid working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Kid trying to control the position from guard on top but Horse is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
OK we're going to have a standup here. KO Kid hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart. The fight moves into the clinch position. Kid manages to pull guard.
Kid trying to keep a closed guard but Horse is proving a slippery customer.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Horse slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Kid struggling a bit here. Kid is looking to get back to his feet here but Horse is keeping cool and he's managed to take Kid's back.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kid controlling the position well but he knows he's in a bad position. Horse controlling from the back. Kid is trying to break free.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Horse controlling from the back. Kid rolls, trying to escape but Horse keeps control of the position.
Horse has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Kid's body.
Kid looking very determined here, making life difficult for Horse.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
KO Kid dominated that round. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Kid throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Kid shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Horse is trying to defend but Kid finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Kid trying to control from half guard but Horse is working away. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Horse is trying to stand back up but Kid is controlling him
That's one minute gone in the round. Horse manages to escape and get back to his feet! Kid shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Horse's guard. Kid drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Horse dives on top into guard. Horse wants to pass the guard but Kid is keeping the position. Horse showing good wrestling skills to control the position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kid is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Horse is controlling him. Kid is trying to hold Horse in close to prevent damage but Horse has managed to pass into half guard.
Kid is trying to control but Horse manages to pass to mount!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kid is trying to escape but when you're mounted that's not too easy.
Kid tries to get back to half guard but can't. Horse tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position. Kid is in all sorts of trouble here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kid tries to hold on but Horse pushes him away. Kid is trying to reverse the position but instead Horse has taken his back - oops! Horse controlling the position well here. Kid rolled but Horse kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
KO Kid showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
Horse fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Kid manages to avoid it. Kid throws a left and a right that both miss
and Horse counters with a lovely shot to the body. Kid drives through with a takedown into Horse's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Kid sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Horse's guard. Kid prevents Horse from standing back up.
Kid wants to control but Horse is keeping him busy. Horse makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
That's one minute gone in the round. Horse checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Kid throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Horse tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Kid is in Horse's guard. Kid wants to control from the top but Horse keeps moving. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Kid won't allow Horse to get back to his feet. Horse keeping full guard, as Kid tries to pass.
The ref calls for a clean break and stands the fighters back up. KO Kid wasn't active enough on the ground. Danga de danga de dang - Horse scores with a four punch combination!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kid feints and as Horse raises his hands in defense, Kid changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Kid trying to control but Horse is working from the bottom. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. Kid stops Horse from standing up.

Crazy Horse is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A looping hook to the body misses from Kid. Horse does a little dance to reset his feet. Kid closes the distance and clinches. Kid effectively controlling the action here. Horse stalling in the clinch but Kid improves position. Kid escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Horse moves away from the strike by Kid. Excellent takedown into side control there by Kid. Kid has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Kid closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Horse's guard. Kid wants to control from the top but Horse keeps moving. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Horse is looking to stand up but Kid isn't so interested in that idea.
And that's the end of the fight! KO Kid comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Kid has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
