Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Lil Stump (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Slick Rick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lil Stump!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Slick Rick!
The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Columbo Gatti and Jorge Garcia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rick shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Rick trying to control the action but Stump is working from the bottom.
Stump keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Stump is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Rick stands up and beckons Stump to join him on the feet.
Rick takes a kick to the side of the head.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Stump, right into the meat.
Rick shoots for a double leg takedown but Stump sprawls well. He's pushed Rick's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
A nice inside leg kick there by Stump. That's going to slow Rick down.
Rick on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Stump feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Rick's calf.
Stump tries to clinch up
and Rick counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Rick.
Stump has his foot on Rick's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Rick works his way back into a safe position though.
Rick throws a big elbow that misses.
Stump is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Rick is aware though and is defending well.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
OK we're going to have a standup here. Slick Rick hasn't been effective enough on the ground and the referee wants a restart.
Rick darts in and clinches Stump up against the cage.
Stump breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Stump is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Rick frees his head nicely. Oh but Stump has switched to an armbar! Rick is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
