Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between The Rock Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Austin Ryder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Johnson's entrance music is The rock is coocking. A fine choice. Ryder is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by bed of nails. Austin Ryder will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, The Rock Johnson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Austin Ryder! The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Roger Salmon and Colin Fray.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson gets a clinch. Ryder looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! A short right from Johnson on the inside. Johnson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Johnson darts in and clinches Ryder up against the cage. Johnson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Johnson closes the distance and pushes Ryder back into the cage. Johnson pressing his opponent against the cage. Ryder gets the body lock takedown. After a quick scramble, Johnson regains guard.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Johnson wants to stand and escape but Ryder is having none of it. Johnson wriggles free and stands up. Johnson shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Johnson stands up from the dominant position. He obviously fancies his chances standing. Austin Ryder seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Johnson shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Ryder's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Ryder is working an open guard so Johnson takes the opportunity to get back to his feet. Johnson closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Ryder to the mat! Ryder manages to get full guard.
Ryder is rocked! Johnson gets to his feet. Ryder looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Ryder is still on wobbly legs! Can Johnson finish him? Johnson clinches. Johnson scores with a shoulder strike. Johnson lands with a right to the head. Johnson tries a knee to the head but Ryder blocks it.
Johnson breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Johnson moves into the clinch. Johnson escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Ryder tries to keep at a distance but Johnson has taken the fight into the clinch. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Johnson looking to throw knees to the head but Ryder is blocking nicely.
Johnson breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Johnson cracks Ryder with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Ryder tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Johnson pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Ryder is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). The Rock Johnson! An out of breath The Rock Johnson thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
