Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Stuart Price!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, James Sahebt!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Hugh Johnson and Damien Edna.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Price looks to land a combination but Sahebt avoids it well.
Sahebt's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Price connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Sahebt scrambles back to his feet.

Sahebt scores with a takedown into Price's guard.
The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
Sahebt controlling from the top position.

Sahebt drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Sahebt jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Sahebt accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

James Sahebt decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.
