Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Kazuhira Honda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Norifumi Yamamoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Honda comes to the cage accompanied by Zetsubou Billy - Maximum The Hormone. Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Norifumi Yamamoto enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

4 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Norifumi Yamamoto!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shirou Masuda and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Honda shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Yamamoto as he jumps to the side.
Yamamoto pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Honda looks for a takedown but Yamamoto sprawls well.
Yamamoto misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Yamamoto throws the kick towards the body but Honda avoids it.
Yamamoto throws a head kick but Honda moves out of range.
Honda tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Yamamoto swivels and escapes.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Kazuhira Honda. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Honda misses with a jab, cross combination.
Honda shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Yamamoto looks gassed!
Yamamoto is not content to let Honda control the position.
Honda works his foot free and advances to mount.
That's one minute gone in the round.

Honda wants to finish this one by submission but Yamamoto is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Honda.
Honda jumps to side control looking for an arm triangle but Yamamoto manages to avoid the submission attempt.
Honda has hold of Yamamoto's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Yamamoto seems comfortable defending it but Honda has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Yamamoto is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Yamamoto is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Honda couldn't care less - he's delighted!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Kazuhira Honda!
Kazuhira Honda was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
