Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Jordan Jr Mondello!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Bryant Ward!
The judges for this bout are Ryoma Takatsuka, Micheangelo Fripello and Jeff Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mondello wants to clinch but Ward slips to the side
and Ward cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Jordan Jr Mondello has been cut.
Mondello tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Ward counters with a nice body shot.
Mondello tries to clinch up
and Ward counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Mondello thinking.
Ward circles away from the clinch attempt
and Ward counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
Mondello moves to clinch but Ward breaks away
letting Ward counter with a right hand.
Ward fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Mondello looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Ward defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Mondello.
Mondello fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Ward avoids it really well and circles away.
Mondello wants to clinch but Ward slips to the side
and Ward counters with a stiff right hand.
Mondello tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Ward counters with a right hand to the body.
Mondello is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Ward throws a shot to the body.
Ward bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Mondello's head.
Ward is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Mondello rather than just go for the knockout.
Ward lands a nice hook to Mondello's body. Mondello takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Ward connects with a body shot.
