Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Slim Jim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scott Ferrall (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jim comes to the cage accompanied by Any. Ferrall has chosen Pantera's Domination as his entrance music. Scott Ferrall has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Slim Jim's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Slim Jim! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 11 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Scott Ferrall! The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Aleksandr Martynov and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ferrall swinging wildly here.
Ferrall misses with a jab, cross combination.
Slim Jim seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ferrall steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Jim. Good work by Jim as he checks the leg kick. Jab, jab by Ferrall - just one landing. Ferrall scores with a head kick. Jim tried to block it but didn't get his arm up in time. Jim avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Ferrall throws a head kick that misses. Jim throws a sloppy head kick and Ferrall moves out of range easily. Ferrall on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot. Jim throws a predictable looking body shot
and Ferrall counters with a nice double leg into side control. Jim won't be happy with that. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Jim dodges the ground and pound from Ferrall. Ferrall is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Jim is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Ferrall has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Ferrall lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Jim wants to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jim bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet! Ferrall slips under a jab from Jim. Jim ducks down and throws a hook to the body. Ferrall drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Ferrall has managed to clinch.
Ferrall ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Ferrall no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Jim stopping the sweep attempt from Ferrall. Jim gets to his feet. Ferrall looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son! Slim Jim is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Ferrall checks the leg kick nicely there.
Jim pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Ferrall moves to clinch but Jim breaks away enabling Jim to counter with a crisp jab.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Jim lands with a nice body punch. Ferrall looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple. Ferrall scores with a three punch combo!
Jim throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean. Jim works the jab nicely. Ferrall throws a hook but Jim avoids it easily. Ferrall takes one to the side of the head.
Jim staying out of range there. Jim keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Ferrall misses with a straight left. Jim throws a body kick but he was well out of range there. Ferrall darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Ferrall throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Jim throws a nice looking combination but Ferrall bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nice uppercut lands for Jim. That snapped Ferrall's head back.
Nice shot lands for Ferrall. Jim cracks Ferrall with a right hand to the side of the head. Ferrall connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. Ferrall throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jim's waist but Jim gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Ferrall off to one side. Ferrall throws a series of punches but Jim moves out of range. Ferrall fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Jim throws a head kick that misses. Ferrall fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jim manages to avoid it. Jim scores with a sloppy right hand. Ferrall should have avoided that one. Ferrall scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Ferrall throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. A punch combination from Ferrall misses. Sloppy strikes from Jim. Those never looked like landing. Ferrall jabs Jim to the body, keeping him at a distance. Jim misses the shot to the body.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Jim throws a lazy uppercut
and Ferrall counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work. Ferrall misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Jim.
Ferrall misses with a looping left. Ferrall tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jim swats him away and circles back towards the center. Jim gets in close and tags Ferrall with a short punch that almost sends Ferrall to the mat! Oh Ferrall is in big trouble! He turns his back on Jim, trying to create some distance but Jim rushes him, striking wildly and Ferrall goes down! The referee tackles Jim into the cage to end the fight! Jim is one violent man!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Slim Jim! Slim Jim retains his welterweight title!
