Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Joe Lauzon!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ivan Tokill!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Ivan Kurochkin and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lauzon tries to clinch up.
Lauzon misses the jab.
Tokill keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Lauzon looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Tokill closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.

Tokill wants to pass the guard but Lauzon is defending well.
Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!
Tokill looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Tokill is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Lauzon doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Tokill.

Lauzon misses with some strikes from the bottom.

Lauzon has momentary wrist control but Tokill slips an elbow through the middle.
Lauzon is looking for a triangle but Tokill pushes his legs off easily.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Tokill drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Tokill jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
