Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jose Paru (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brakeo Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Paru kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Tropa de Elite, osso duro de roer. Sanchez has chosen Freak on a leash- Korn as his entrance music. Jose Paru could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Brakeo Sanchez's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Emerson Jorge, Paulo Santos and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanchez tries to sprawl but Paru drives through with a takedown into half guard.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
Paru working Sanchez over with strikes.
Paru thows a huge punch but Sanchez dodges it nicely.
Paru is looking to take a break and control but Sanchez is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Paru throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage.
Sanchez is trying to stand up here but Paru is controlling him well.
Paru sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Sanchez defending well though.
Paru uses his free foot to push down on Sanchez's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Sanchez.
Sanchez really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Paru. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Sanchez is looking to get back to his feet - it's going to be hard from this position.
Sanchez is trying to stand but he's not in a good position to be doing that! Paru has taken his back!
Paru looking to soften up his opponent with punches.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Paru is working for a rear naked choke. Sanchez is not defending it well and Paru has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Sanchez refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Sanchez's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
