Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Severi Suhonen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phil Mhinutts (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suhonen lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Suhonen throws a half hearted mid kick.
Mhinutts checks a leg kick.
A slapping leg kick lands for Suhonen.
Suhonen lands with a nice body kick.
Suhonen tries to clinch but Mhinutts moves out of range.
Suhonen goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Mhinutts turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Mhinutts throws a solid leg kick but Suhonen takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Mhinutts.

Mhinutts tries to bum rush Suhonen with a series of wild strikes but Suhonen uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Suhonen fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Mhinutts has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

Mhinutts closes the distance and clinches.
With the fighters up against the cage, Suhonen throws an elbow but misses.
Mhinutts lands a body shot.
Mhinutts tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Suhonen avoids it.
Suhonen blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.

Mhinutts creates a bit of distance and throws an elbow that only just misses.
Mhinutts tries to work over Suhonen's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Mhinutts working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Suhonen jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Mhinutts walks away with a smile on his face. Suhonen gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Mhinutts will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Suhonen has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Mhinutts uses from the top position.
Mhinutts would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

Mhinutts has a momentary lapse of concentration, allowing Suhonen to throw up a leg and lock on what appears to be a pretty tight triangle! Mhinutts is fighting it off but it's all too little too late - Suhonen pulls down on the head and he's put Mhinutts to sleep! This one is all over!
