Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Travis Browne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rafal Kozak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Browne comes to the cage accompanied by UFC - Face the Pain. Kozak is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Kazik 12 groszy. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
12 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Travis Browne ! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Rafal Kozak! The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Viktor Lagutenko and Vladimir Khabensky.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Browne gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Kozak counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Kozak fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Browne checks it well. Travis Browne seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Browne moves out of range of the strikes. Browne closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Kozak sneaks back into half guard. Browne is looking to stall here but Kozak recovers full guard. Browne stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Kozak swivels though and keeps the full guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Browne postures up in Kozak's guard and throws a big left but Kozak blocks it. Kozak manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
Browne is trying to escape the mount.
Kozak lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Browne is trying desperately to improve position. Kozak trying to control but Browne is having none of it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kozak lands an elbow that was bordering on illegal but the referee lets it go with a warning.
It looks like Travis Browne has been cut. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Kozak lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Travis Browne 's cut is getting worse. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Browne can't escape the position.

Travis Browne 's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it. Kozak sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Kozak lands a big shot there that rocks Browne but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Browne is rocked! Kozak loads up with a big shot that hurts Browne ! He's pulled Kozak in close but Kozak has postured up and lands more strikes. Can Browne survive? More strikes from Kozak and Browne is out! The ref jumps in to save him! Brutal ground and pound!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Rafal Kozak! Rafal Kozak was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
