Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, First Second!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Rex Mitchum!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Micheangelo Fripello and Ryoma Takatsuka.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Second slaps away a takedown attempt from Mitchum, before circling back to the center of the mat.
A head kick misses from Second.
Second tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in the close the distance. Mitchum manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Second scoring well with a low kick there.
Second doesn't manage to clinch there - Mitchum circles away.
Second moves in looking to clinch but Mitchum pushes him off.
Mitchum fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Second with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Mitchum takes a kick to the side of the head.
It looks like Rex Mitchum has been cut.
This has been an exciting period of action!
The fight stays on the outside here - Second looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Second is looking to clinch but Mitchum is avoiding it.
Mitchum uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Second.
Mitchum shoots in looking for a takedown but Second manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Mitchum's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
First Second has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rex Mitchum.
Second wants to clinch.
Mitchum closes the distance and clinches up with Second, looking for a takedown. Mitchum pushes Second against the ropes but Second circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Second is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Second throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Mitchum.
Second connects with a high kick.
Mitchum tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Second swivels and escapes.
Second lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Mitchum crumples to the floor! Second milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). First Second!
