Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Raquan Richardson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Baki Hanma (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Richardson showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Hanma.
Hanma fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Richardson looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Hanma throws a combination. Richardson tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Hanma misses with a jab to the body
and Richardson counters with a left to the body.
No luck for Richardson with that takedown attempt.
Hanma slaps away a takedown attempt from Richardson, before circling back to the center of the mat.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Raquan Richardson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
A head kick from Richardson lands but Hanma takes it in his stride.
Hanma leaves Richardson with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Richardson moves into the clinch.

Hanma pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

A looping hook to the body misses from Hanma. Richardson does a little dance to reset his feet.
Hanma lands the left hand.
Richardson scores with a jab. Hanma acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Hanma misses with a two punch combination.
Richardson connects with a body shot.
Hanma lands a lovely overhand right.
Richardson avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hanma is pawing at Richardson, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Richardson's nose. Richardson is badly hurt! Hanma pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Richardson tries desperately to hold on but Hanma is relentless in his assault! As Richardson receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Hanma away and this one is in the books!
